1) Minimum Requirements for network consideration:
- Do you have two years of independent post-licensure clinical experience (applies only to Masters level clinicians, Ph.D.s and R.N.s)?
- Do you have minimum professional liability coverage of $1 million/$3 million?
2) At this time our panel is closed in many areas, however we are open to the
following license level and geographic locations:
- Do you have a current/clear MD/DO/RN license?
or
- Do you practice in any of the following Counties?
- Fresno
- Inyo
- Kern
- Kings
- Madera
- Merced
- San Luis Obispo
- Santa Barbara
- Tulare
